How it works
First, the teenager completes an online assessment using the Morrisby system.
Then we meet and talk through the results in plain language: what comes naturally to the teenager, what interests them and the kind of environment in which they are most likely to thrive.

Two levels of support.
Both options include a professional assessment using the Morrisby system, followed by a consultation in which we go through the results together. Plus includes an additional consultation where the teenager and I explore the recommended professions in more depth.

Who is this most useful for?+
Teenagers aged 15-18 who need to choose subjects, a study programme or a broader direction but do not yet have clarity. It is also useful when there are too many ideas or when the teenager and their parents see things differently.
Will the assessment name one perfect career?+
No - and that is a good thing. We identify several suitable directions and understand why they are worth considering.
Do you help with choosing a university?+
I do not select universities or degree programmes. During the consultation, we identify which career directions suit the teenager and what they may want to study.
For the next stage - finding specific programmes and universities - I recommend AMDA. Once the direction is clear, the search becomes more focused and informed.
What language is used?+
The professional assessment using the Morrisby system is completed in English. The consultation can be held in English or Russian.
Should a parent join the consultation?+
Usually, yes. The teenager remains at the centre of the conversation, while parents gain a clearer understanding of how to support them.
Can we meet online?+
Yes. The professional assessment is completed online, and the consultation can be held online or face-to-face in Riga.
